Business Hours
Internet orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

Business Restrictions
At this time TCVG only conducts business within the United States. This includes the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Possessions.

On-Line Orders
Orders can be made securely on-line by providing credit card or electronic check information. Charges are immediately processed.

Mail-in Orders
Credit card and check orders can also be made through the mail. Simply choose the "PhoneFax" payment method during checkout, print out your completed order form, and send in the form with the necessary payment information. Please include applicable taxes and shipping charges when sending in actual checks.

Phone Orders
Orders can be made by leaving the necessary information with the message center at 240-350-9963. Simply provide the following:

Full Name
Shipping Address
Billing Address (if different from shipping address)
Phone Number
Fax Number (if available)
E-mail Address (if available)
Item(s) Purchasing (title and size)
Quantity of item purchasing
Credit card type, number, expiration date and name as it appears on the card OR
Check number, bank name, bank routing number, and checking account number

Finally, state that you authorize the payment/purchase.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to purchase price.

Order Confirmation
Once you complete your order, an automated receipt will immediately be e-mailed to you.

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards that carry a credit card logo.

Checks
We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier checks. Make checks payable to “Thomas Creations Virtual Gallery” for the total purchase price (including applicable taxes and shipping charges).

Prices and Charges
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All charges must be paid in U.S. Dollars. TCVG reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this web site at any time.

Maximum Transaction Limits
The maximum purchase limit allowed per transaction is $2,000 for credit card orders and $200 for electronic check orders. To avoid having your transaction declined simply break your orders that exceed the maximum limits into separate transactions. You may also mail or phone in orders that exceed maximums. TCVG apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this system limitation causes.

Shipping of Prints and Posters
Orders are usually shipped within 5-10 days depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. All prints are shipped in mint condition via the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail. The following chart lists delivery rates.

Shipping of Originals
Special arrangements are made for the shipping of originals in order to prevent damage. Please contact us to discuss delivery rates.

Taxes
As required by law a 5% sales tax will be charged on orders delivered within the state of Maryland.

Reproductions
All prints and posters are printed with a white border framing the artwork. The title of each artwork is provided within the white border.

Our Guarantee
TCVG makes every effort to meet your standard of high quality images, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your fine artwork, we’ll gladly give you a full refund or credit towards replacement.

Returns
Artwork may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Returns must be mailed in the original container and packing material to receive credit. TCVG is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection or refund you the cost of the item(s) (less shipping and handling). A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).

TCVG will not accept returns on items that have been specially customized or altered in any way. TCVG will not accept returns on items damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.

Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled before shipping will be completely refunded.

Privacy and Security
Your security and privacy is important to us. We offer you SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT. All payment information is encrypted through a secure socket layer server (SSL) so that it cannot be read or copied as the information travels over the Internet. Depending on your browser, you will see a lock or key in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window.

We request your e-mail address and your necessary demographic information to confirm your orders and to contact you regarding your purchases and shipments. We also request your e-mail address to join our mailing list. We do NOT rent, lease, or sell our customers' or mailing list members' information. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
